Data & Privacy

Know how information is handled before you share it.

This notice covers the player-assessment and contact flows on the TFS Pathway website.

What we collect

The assessment flow may include player identity, age, school, football background, academic context, evidence links, family goals and parent contact details. Only provide information you are authorised to share.

Why we use it

Information is used to understand the player's context, review available evidence, respond to the family and identify a practical next step. It is not used for automated selection, scholarship prediction or admissions decisions.

How it is submitted

The assessment is sent over an encrypted connection to TFS's private Neon database in the Singapore region. The website returns a reference number after the record is received. An optional WhatsApp follow-up sends the reference number, not the full form.

Access and security

Database credentials are available only to the server and authenticated project administrators. TFS does not place player details in analytics events or public URLs.

Minors and consent

A parent or legal guardian should review and approve information about a player under 18 before it is sent. Do not include identity documents, medical records or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Retention and deletion

TFS keeps enquiry information only while it is needed to respond and manage the relevant conversation. You may ask what information TFS holds or request deletion by emailing the address below.

Service providers and external links

Vercel hosts the website and Neon provides the database. Independent program websites, WhatsApp and email providers operate under their own privacy terms.
